1. Do you feel overwhelmed, rushed or frustrated on a weekly or even daily basis?
2. Make a list of the things you do monthly, weekly, daily and how much time you spend on these activities approximately.
3. Slow down and realize you are in control. You have said ‘yes’ to the way your life is now. This is a HUGE mind-set shift which will empower you to take action and create the life you want rather than blaming others for how busy you are. SO what are you going to DO about it? Of the activities in #2 (you made the list right?….if not go back and make it now!) what can you say ‘NO’ to? Who do you need to call or what do you need to do to eliminate it? Remember the bottom line is, you have to do what makes you happy without trying to make sure everyone else is happy too (if they are great…if they’re not…you can’t control that.)
